Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. baby of 6 years can take all the adult food also including eggs Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required

In Winter season you can give egg to your child on an every day basis because a child would be able to digest it because the season is winter and other bodies able to absorb that much heat sink winter season you can give it to your child every day but not in summer season
