Q.

Is it ok to give barley flour little bit jaggery in porridge for 6+porridge

A. definitely can give to ir baby at this age. if you give it without jaggery would be good. Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, suji porridge, suji kheer, Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avocado, banana in pureed form or mashed form.

A. hello..Barley may be introduced as soon as a baby is ready to start solids, which is generally around 6 months of age. Note that barley contains gluten and is therefore not safe for those with celiac disease or non-celiac gluten sensitivity. mak e sure to give a healthy and nutritious food in the diet
