is it ok to give amul lactose free to babies in diarrhea.doctor recommended dexolac business casein but my baby doesn't like it as it doesn't taste like regular milk.i tried amul lactose free milk and it's tasty.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician6 years agoA. You can give it otherwise avoid giving milk in loose motions till the child recovers completely. Give light abd easily digestible foods like banana apple suji Upma rice idli rawa dosa

s madaanMom of a 10 yr 3 m old girl6 years agoA. You can give it to your baby because Dexel lakh is also lactose free and if your baby likes any other milk you can give it to your baby but once also check with the doctor because composition might be different
