NikithaMom of a 11 yr old child7 years agoA. hello...Do not eat prawns while breast feeding. You are sure to sensitise your child to them-and shellfish allergy is very dangerous...so better you avoid it as long as you are breast-feeding... especially till baby is exclusively breastfeed that is 6 months atleast
