Is it ok if my baby brestfeed every 5 hour? She is 6 month old n started her solid food

ExpertRicha SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. keep a gap of 3 hours and at night can be a long gap but not for the daytime so 5 hours in a day will be quite a long gap if you are giving food in between those five hours then it will be perfectly fine after that you can feed with the milk and then again with the food and the milk

Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food
To increase your milk supply
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
