is it ok for 9 months baby to poo once in 3 or 4 days

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. yes it is fine for baby. At infancy it is not necessary that baby pass motion daily. It may be in 2 to 3 days or can be up to 1 week also . Glycerine suppository can be used for lubrication of the area .

shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello mom Now your baby is taking proper meals so baby should pass stool on a daily basis. In such case you should add more fibre food in babies regular diet plan. And you should start giving papaya and pineapple regularly. You can also give 1 teaspoon of honey once in a day with warm water it will also help in maintaining babies digestion
