is it normal my 2 year girl not understanding me and do not follow my instructions

A. Hi mom. This is not normal.. Baby should make eye contact and understand what you are saying, follow your instructions.. If not doing then u need to consult your doctor for the same as he will guide you better after the proper evaluation of the baby
