Jasmine Shiny DsouzaMom of a 5 yr 3 m old child5 years agoA. hi mom. it depends on the birth weight and if it is little less or more nothing to worry if a child is healthy usually after the birth babies will lose their weight for few days and they will start to gain it agai. usually within a month they will be able to gain almost 300 to 500 grams. this is different from each baby based on their physical condition and the weight of birth.
