is it normal for a 3 yr old baby for not speaking a single word only guiding through Gestures

Yes a lot of kids do it there’s nothing to be worried in that case but it is that if you keep to continue responding to the gestures and do the things then they don’t speak much because everything is done by hand they don’t even make an effort so you need to stop this habit a lot of kids do it but you just need to break the pattern
