Q.

Is it normal for a 2 months old baby to spit milk after feeding?My son spits out the milk 2,3 times after every feeding cycle.He is not burping also although we try a lot in different positions. Please suggest.

A. please give only breastmilk till completion of six months. feed in upright position. give colicaid drops thrice a day. if baby has not burped then hold in upright position for half an hour and then put to sleep

A. Hello dear parent! It is important to burp the baby after every feed to ensure there is no acid reflux. Hold your baby in upright position for sometime (if required even for 20 minutes) and gently rub on the back till the baby burps. Give good tummy time everyday. Do cycling movements with both the baby’s legs. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
