Is it necessary to get the dressing removed after 2 days of circumcision, if it does not fall on its own?

A. good evening I would recommend that if it has not fallen off on its own you should try to visit to pediatrician for a proper check up and also to get it examines that it is alright and not developing an infection or any other problem
