is it necessary to eat panjiri after delivery???

A. Its good for faster recovery after delivery. Taking with milk daily morning is good for fat metabolism. Have good sleep with good nutrition. Drink adequate amount of water. Daily walk with mild exercise is recommended till five months.

A. hi it is not necessary...but it will be good if you take it as it is full of nutrition. it has ghee, dryfruits, makhana and other medicinal ingredients which helps in increasing breast milk and help you to get back your strength after delivery.
