is it mandatory to get first tooth incisors only?

A. Hi yes usually kids get their first milk teeth as central or lateral incisors.. consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for regular oral health checkup of your child after eruption of first milk teeth

A. good evening No the child can develop any teeth as the first teeth there is absolutely no problem I would only recommend you to make sure that you give calcium supplement to the child throughout this period
