is it important to give calcium drops to 1-6 month baby?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. if the growth of the child is proper and weight gain is normal and the child is getting adequate milk from feeding then no need to give calcium supplements. calcium supplements are only given to infants who have got less weight gain and are premature with low birth weight
