Is it harmful to use nasal aspirator when baby is sleep? As my baby wont let it do when she is awake . I did when she just slept and with mucous little blood came too. Anything to worry

A. you should not use nasal aspirator vigorously and as you said there was little blood with secretions while using aspirator it was because of some nasal mucosa injury so please do it gently and you can also use saline drops to be put in nose to clear the nasal passage
