Is it good to use pacifier for 45 days old baby boy?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. there is no problem in using pacifier / nipple / teether/ soother if cleaned. the problem ariseds
when it falls down and goes again inside the oral cavity of the child without proper cleaning and sterilization.
if it is not cleaned and goes in the oral cavity can cause infection and cough and cold and loose motion
