Is it good to use mud pot to cook baby foods?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. to prepare food in mud pot requires lot of time to cook and so it leads to nutritional loss from the food and so less nutrients will be available to baby hence it is not recommended
