ExpertShyamala SathiaseelanLactation Educator and Counselor6 years agoA. Dear Mamma, why do you think your supply is low? Breastfeeding works on a demand and supply basis. The more you feed the more your body will produce. As long as baby has a pee count of six plus in twenty four hours then your baby is getting enough. Please provide plenty of skin to skin and unrestricted access to the breast and latch baby on frequently. Swallowing a spoonful of raw methi seeds everyday also helps, Please keep yourself well hydrated. Do talk to a latcation consultant if needed.

Shilpa SalwanMom of 2 children6 years agoA. in case your doctor has advise you to do so then I would not the night however you can always try the natural way which is found in kitchen that is add kasuri methi in your diet it will improve your milk flow apart from this adding milk area in your diet also helps in formulating better milk production

Hello mam it is always suggested to go for natural remedies decide to going for allopathic medicine you should start adding jira in your daily diet you can also make a mixture of a jaggery and jiraSort it in ghee and then have it regularly with hot glass of milk and you will see incredible results stay hydrated have a good healthy diet
