Is it good to introduce the concept of puberty at the age of 8 for a girl. If yes, whats the best way to explain. How to avoid the early onset of puberty.

A. There are puberty based books available these days a lot of but start training from the age of 9 to 10 years age if you don’t see any like then you should wait for some more time because when you see a little bit of group happening like that then you should start explaining to the child about periods
