Vritika AroraMom of a 9 yr 5 m old boy5 years agoA. yes you can give urad daal to the baby. you can even give it as dosa or idli. it is a good source or omega 3 fats and good food for vegetarians. but give small quantity in the beginning and see how the baby can tolerate it
