ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician7 years agoA. Don't use gripe water/bal gutti to ur baby It's of no use It may cause infection to baby Always better to avoid. No need to give anything except vitamin D3 drops, if baby is on exclusive breast feed. Continue with exclusive breast feed ur baby till completing 6months of age. It will help.

SantoMom of a 8 yr 7 m old girl7 years agoA. Gripe water bonison are isn't safe for babies now days. Those days the preparation was good and pure.. Nowdays preparation is not pure and it has alcohol content. Maximum Try to Avoid it.
