is it good to eat Maggi or any other noodles at 7 months?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist5 years agoA. dear parents are you asking for the mother or baby? what mother eats does not affect the digestion of baby or cause cold and cough to baby e because composition of breastmilk remains the same irrespective of what mother eats however for her own good health control intake of such processed and unhealthy high fat salt and sugar containing foods even for baby such unhealthy foods should not be given

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children5 years agoA. hello there Please avoid any maggi as it is not good for health. it is better to eat home made dood item. still if you want to eat then eat only once a while and in my opinion oats maggi is a good option. take care
