is it good for to give easum rice and moong dal cereal to my sixth month old baby

A. Yes you can. You can start with moong dal water or rice water in the beginning as they are easily digestible. Also see for babys reaction. You can give one time a day preferably in the noon. From the next week you can give rice cereal you can add any dal to it preferably moong dal is add. You can also add little jeera pinch of Pepper as it is good for health and babies can be away from cold. Give it a bit watery and gradually you can harden it. Later You can also add boiled/steamed potato, carrot or apple or banana or beetroot to the rice cereal. Later from next month you can give twice a day. Noon porridges and by eve purees. After every meal give 3-5 spoons of boiled water.
