is it good for 9.5 month old baby to have onion ? if yes then how to introduce onion in baby food?

Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Give your baby 3 meals and water along with daily breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
