ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist7 years agoA. yes you can and should have cucumbers it is rich in moisture content and helps to hydrate body. good fluid intake helps in milk production. you should have all healthy foods. what you eat does not affect baby digestion or gas or cause cold. breast milk is made from mother's blood. composition of breast milk and blood remains same irrespective of what mother eats
