Is it a myth or reality that whenever a mother eats she should feed the baby at the same time, that fills the baby,s stomach more quickly ?

A. dear mum, this is a myth. As a breastfeeding mother, what you eat does not affect baby digestion or gas or cause cold. breast milk is made from mother's blood. composition of breast milk and blood remains same irrespective of what mother eats.
