is instant foods like cerelac and easifud causes cough to babies ... is instant foods safe or lnot safe for babies??!

whether the child will have illness cough and cold or sore throat with banana, curd, chocolates , sour fruits / grapes or in case sometimes milk is totally a individual thing.
if there is history of allergy and cough and cold within 24 hours of consumption of such food then only it has to be avoided otherwise you can give this food during illness as well as when the child is having cough and cold.
