ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 7 years agoA. Yes, but if taken within 48 hours is more effective. Its better consult your doctor for examination once. It does not have any immidiate side effects. But regular use may cause some side effects. So better to use contraception methods.
