priyanka aroraMom of a 10 yr 8 m old boy6 years agoA. yes definitely you can can take horlicks and any other milk supplement like protein x for yourself it's totally safe for your baby it will not affect your milk supply my personal choice you should go for protein x it also helps to increase milk supply you can ask your doctor once
