Dt Ritu PuriGuardian of a 8 yr 8 m old girl6 years agoA. Hi yes you can feed milk after having chicken. but just ensure that your chicken is home made. You need to just ensure it is hygienic and clean. You need to also hydrate yourself well after eating chicken

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 7 m old girl6 years agoA. Better to avoid as both are difficult to digest. For better digestion see to that you try to include ginger to daily food. Also you can have ginger juice. Jeera water will relieve to some extent. Also have lemon water with a pinch of baking soda. Have warm water thorought the day. Have jeera water thoroughout the day. It's safe to consume and would intanly relieve.
