ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. baby is 3 month old Check if the baby is having any colic pain give colicaid drops as prescribed by your doctor feed the baby in sitting and c arm position burp everytime after feeding adequately maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom. This is due gas in stomach. When the babies they suck excess air while feeding sucking and crying this causes gas in stomach. If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise then no need to worry
