In this here it is very difficult to comment properlttyy until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so tyhat he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

Yes it is normal but if you see any discomfort to the child then you can consult the doctor otherwise this is a completely normal thing with the child yet if you see how many times it is happening in a day and if you see like I said if you see any discomfort to your child
