is giving lanzol 15 mg(1/3 rd tablet) for my 2 month old baby safe??she is having colic and reflux...she is crying frequently which is inconsolable occurring all day mostly after feed...this occurs for about 2 weeks

A. see. in. small babies will be having lot of gas because of various reasons it is advisable to do burping of the baby immediately after feeding please give colimex DF drops to the baby they are safe
