is giving iron supplements to a 3 month old baby impact on the colour of poop. especially red and brown colour poop

The motion comes black in colour you giving Iron supplement red colour motion will only happen if you are feeding something precisely red in colour to the child otherwise if your child is under the age of six months as a high possibility that it is blood which is not good
