Is galact powder good or shatavari good to increase breast milk?

SomMom of a 8 yr 6 m old boy7 years agoA. Galact contains Shatavari and Cumin in it. I have used Galact and it is really good.

ShivaniMom of a 8 yr 1 m old child8 years agoA. Generally lactation powders do have satavari with other ingredients. You can check contents of powder. Both things are fine for results desired. I am using lactaways granules which is having satavari also.
