Milk is good to be given external fee which is lot of people believe it is not healthy it’s loaded with sugar this that the other but it’s not like that if it was like that then the doctor would never recommend you and we also don’t suggest you to give it till the time you are in a situation where you have to give it which is completely fine and it does not have any disadvantage as
