Q.

is expressing milk or breast sucking important and how much because my milk is so less and I am giving my preme nan pro .as my milk is so less he sucks and cries always . I have to give him nan

A. try whatever amount baby will take time to learn how to latch on nipple. also babies get used to the feeding habits over time. you can express your breast milk and feed yput baby. also continue offering breast whenever you feel baby is hungry. this will help in improving is feeding techniques. do keep on expressing breast milk or supply will go down as it depends on baby's demand.

A. Hello dear, yes breast milk is very important for the baby as it helps in building immunity. Have shatavari with warm milk twice a day. This will help to increase bm. Drink methi seeds water by soaking methi seeds in water overnight and drink that water in the morning. This will also help to increase bm.
