Is egg yellow good for kids? I have read somewhere consuming egg yellow has more chances of infection in tummy? Is it true?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, it is not true that egg yellow causes infection in the stomach. You can definitely give it. You can give the whole egg. Give little amount in beginning and see how baby tolerates it

No Egg is healthy in every manner that you can think of whether it is yellow or whether it is right you can give both kind of things to the child it’s normally egg yellow which is given in the beginning in yellow can be introduced white can be introduced after the age of 14 to 16 months
