Q.

is eating mango harmful during 9th month pregnancy or will harm my baby in womb pls suggest

A. hello dear good evening you can have mango as it is a seasonal fruit do not worry... do not have it in excess one mango daily is ok include other fruits as well in your diet

A. no it's nothing like that. eat mango when it is in season only. prefer to select those mangoes which are ripe properly and not chemically ripe. rest nothing to worry about. it is a good source of nutrition. have it in moderation.
