A. no its not safe .
take paracetamol instead.
ake plenty of rest, plenty of warm fluids..
avoid cold weather. avoid unprescribed medicines if you are breastfeeding and if cold is manageable. try warm water, milk and turmeric, licorice.
consult doctor if persists
handwashing ,personal hygiene utmost important.

It is not safe to have disprin while you are breastfeeding
Instead of that take paracetamol thats safe and take rest

A. Yes definitely you can have it there is no harm just make sure that you take plenty of water and feed your baby only after 30 minutes of having any medicine
