Cloth diapers are ecofriendly but in terms of usage disposables are better Use with certain precautions like changing on time Apply coconut oil before putting diaper

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 7 m old child8 years agoA. It safe. Never use diaper throughout the day. Babies need air circulation. using it all day will lead to urinary infections. Give max of 2 hrs of diaper free time. Apply coconut oil Every time when you put a new diaper. So rashes can be avoided. If rashes are severe use ezinapi cream by consulting with your doctor. Good branded diapers are always safe to use. Diapers should be changed every 3-4 hours. Check for the heaviness. If you feel it's heavy anytime, you should remove it. Night times you can use it for 5-6 hours as they pe less n night hours. Also you should immediately change when its soiled. Choose thr right brand. Pampers premium care pants for newborns are really good and the best. Very comfortable for babies and they sleep well peacefully. Also it protects the skin thighs very well such that there are no marks left. It absorbs very well and keeps baby's bottom dry. These pants are quite easy to remove as well. Undoubtedly pampers the best for babies.
