TaranpreetMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl7 years agoA. Dettol is an antiseptic and should be used that way. It has multiple uses, to disinfect floors, toys and even baby clothes. Should be kept away from children, otherwise it's not dangerous rather very important part of every household
