Is desonide lotion good to use for allergy on genital area ...my son’s skin became like this and the redness is still there.

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much as if your doctor has advise you about skin rashes. and so please maintain proper hygiene and clean your baby private area after every poop and pee. and also you an use mamaearth baby rash cream as it is good and natural. take care
