In the mean time give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Give 3 large portions and 2 small snacks in a day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Limit the milk intake so that the best nutrition comes from solids
