ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician7 years agoA. No Don't use gripe water/janam gutti to ur baby It's of no use It may cause infection to baby Always better to avoid. No need to give anything except vitamin D3 drops, if baby is on exclusive breast feed. Continue with exclusive breast feed ur baby till completing 6months of age. It will help.

A. Avoid giving Dabur janam ghutti to the baby. instead you can apply Mama earth tummy roll on the stomach for gas in babies. very good, tried and tested

Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 9 m old boy7 years agoA. no you should not give any sort of Duty 2 year baby you just breastfeed your baby properly and give proper working for at least 15 to 20 minutes after each feeding and if there is interest infantile colic you can give colicaid drops 2 year baby 10 drops whenever needed

Gripe water janam ghutti bonnisan etc are not recommended burp the baby during and after feed give some tummy time feed the baby in an upright position drink lots of water and also drink a glass of water before feeding the baby do some cycling exercises to the baby during massage
