A. Respected sir, cow milk should not be strictly introduced before one year of age. The amount and type of protein present in it makes digestion difficult for babies and it's also prone to cause allergy. Their growing kidneys cannot handle the extra load and hence kindly avoid it.

A. There are so many research and thesis paper available in internet regarding cow milk effects on baby. Some where told cow milk is safe after 1 year of age, some where told it can be given after 6 months of age, if baby can digest it. Now you have to decide what you want. If you introduce it before 1 year of age, use in diluted and small quantity for initial 1 to 2 months. You can also prepared food with cow milk which is much safer than raw milk.
