Is cow milk mandatory after 1 year old?

you cab substitute the same nutrients with other foods too

milk is good source of calcium and as it is growing phase of child it is necessary to ensure that your child get all essential nutrients in adequate quantities too.
so offer milk.
try it with different flavors like kesar milk, fig milkshake, dates milk, milk with honey etc.
