Q.

is cow milk equally important as important as solid food ?? or we can skip milk and just keep on feeding solids ??

A. dear mum, you should give at least 500 ml of any pasteurized top milk everyday, but instead of giving directly as milk which reduces the appetite for other food use milk to prepare recipes like porridge, Kheer and give as milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. milk is a rich source of calcium, protein, vitamin A and some amount of vitamin D. continue to breastfeed baby.

A. Hello and good evening Ideally you should give the baby semisolids thrice a day If not possible then minimum twice a day other than that you should give milk around 500 ml to 700 ml throughout the day
