is combing hair to clean fungal on the head safe for 2 months old baby?

A. suggest you to please consult your pediatrician and so your little one's head to them so that they can advise you proper shampoo and medication to be applied it is in case the scalp is scratched the fungal infection will spread which is not good for your little one
