is coconut milk better than diary milk??

A. Yes you can give coconut milk but it can’t be substituted with packet milk as coconut milk availability is not easy and at hone you can’t get so much of milk from coconut

A. Hi, Both are different dear. Please give both at different timing. Give Home made nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc. Give nuts like cashew almond pista chuhare etc for good immunity and strength.
